Dag 53. Le Val, 68km

Sunday 8 August we’re back on our 🚴🏾 🚲 A good breakfast with early morning views from Griet&Dan’s holiday location. 
 

For the first 35km until Le Thoronet Dan joins us for a decent farewell! As a real gentleman he takes half of Bieke’s charge, appreciated.

Unfortunately the impressive Abbaye du Thoronet is not yet open when we pass by, next time better?

A surprise evening as we try to get some pizzas to no avail, next option a good old Belgian ‘frites’: 90 minutes waiting time! Please note the frites were excellent.
